DONE-FOR-YOU CREDIT SERVICES
DCS Credit Group will provide personalized done-for-you credit review and dispute assistance for a period of up to six months.
Services May Include:
- Review of credit reports from Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax
- Identification of information the client believes may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable
- Preparation of personalized credit dispute correspondence when appropriate
- Assistance with disputes involving credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies
- Review of dispute investigation results and responses
- Preparation of reasonable follow-up disputes when supported by the client’s records
- Personal information review, including names and addresses appearing on credit reports
- Guidance regarding documentation that may support a dispute
- Credit education and recommendations for improving overall credit habits
- Progress reviews during the six-month service period
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate information and requested documentation, maintain access to current credit reports or monitoring when necessary, forward dispute responses to DCS Credit Group, and promptly notify DCS Credit Group of material changes to their credit reports.
No Guaranteed Results
The client understands that DCS Credit Group does not guarantee the deletion of any account, collection, charge-off, late payment, inquiry, bankruptcy, or other credit-report item. DCS Credit Group does not guarantee a specific credit-score increase, loan approval, credit approval, or other financial outcome.
Only information the client has a legitimate basis to question or dispute will be challenged. DCS Credit Group will not knowingly submit false identity-theft claims or false information on behalf of a client.
